SBU / Location Vasai Title / Grade: Officer Department: Admin Reports To: HOD Work Experience: 0-2 Years Education: Graduate Major Duties & Responsibilities: Manage office stationery inventory and procurement Oversee daily housekeeping operations Coordinate with vendors for services and supplies Maintain administrative documentation and reports Ensure proper gowning management as per protocols Handle contract employee onboarding and exit processes Track contract employee attendance and performance Conduct regular facility checks for cleanliness and upkeep Ensure compliance with company administrative policies Prepare and submit periodic administrative reports Monitor vendor performance and service quality Support overall administrative operations of the organization Any other task as directed by HOD. Daily reporting to HR. Required Skill Set: Good communication, written, and people skills. Multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
