Designation :- HR-Admin Food & Beverage Notice Period :- Immediate Joiner Or 1 Month Job Location :- Mumbai Santacruz Responsibilities In this role, an individual would likely be responsible for managing various HR and administrative tasks within a food and beverage establishment, such as a restaurant, hotel, or catering company. These responsibilities include: HR Policies and Procedures: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations, as well as ensuring that employees are aware of and adhere to these policies. Employee Benefits: Administering employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Employee Relations: Handling employee concerns, disputes, and grievances, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Training and Development: Organizing training programs for staff, including food safety training, customer service training, and ongoing professional development. Administrative Duties: Handling various administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, managing office supplies, and maintaining employee records. Compliance: Ensuring that the food and beverage establishment complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements. Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees. Safety and Health: Promoting a safe working environment, including compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts and issues that may arise among employees or between employees and management. Budget Management: Managing the HR and administrative budget for the food and beverage department. This role would require strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of HR practices and the specific challenges and regulations within the food and beverage industry.
