Job Description End-to-end recruitment process: JD creation, shortlisting, coordination, onboarding. Administration Management: Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination. Maintain AMC records for office infrastructure and renewals. Ensure office assets and inventory are maintained and documented. Handle travel bookings and reimbursements. Oversee utility bills, stationary, pantry, and miscellaneous purchases. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain HR compliance under Shops & Establishments Act, labour laws, etc. Draft offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, warning letters, and relieving documents. Ensure contract staff and outsourced agency workers records are in order. Coordinate with legal, finance, and accounts teams for statutory obligations Maintain employee records, HRIS, and prepare MIS reports. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Handle employee grievances and ensure positive employee engagement. Formulate and enforce HR policies in line with company goals and statutory requirements. Monitor and control absenteeism, late arrivals, and leave records.
