Job Description
The position of Housekeeping Supervisor is currently open at PVR Flamez & PVR Pavillion in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should come from a Hospitality Background, QSR, or Retail sector with a Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience at a supervisory or executive level is required. Key Responsibilities include managing personnel services and consumable costs, selecting appropriate cleaning materials for different surfaces, ensuring continuous improvement in hygiene through real-time supervision, addressing service and equipment complaints, generating reports on running costs, controlling wastage, achieving 85% or above in Operational Audit, developing SOPs for housekeeping work areas, training, supervising, and monitoring housekeeping staff, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time job with benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule involves rotational shifts. A Diploma is preferred for education qualification, and a total of 2 years of work experience is preferred. The work location is in person.
