Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Management: Oversee the work of housekeeping staff, assign tasks, schedule shifts, and ensure proper workflow. Cleaning Standards: Enforce and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and residents rooms Staff Training: Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed. Guest and residents Satisfaction: Address guest/residents requests and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching. Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance ,administration and front desk, to ensure smooth operations. Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and management.
