Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Housekeeping Associates, located in Jalandhar. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas. Tasks include daily cleaning, laundry services, replenishing supplies, and reporting any maintenance needs. The role also involves addressing guest inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer service, and adhering to Bloom's standards for hygiene and safety. Qualifications Skills in Laundry and Organization Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to train and follow training guidelines Excellent attention to detail A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus,
