The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of comfort and guest satisfaction. Your role involves attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and assigned areas according to hotel standards. Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, minibar items, etc. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Handle guest requests courteously and promptly. Ensure proper use of housekeeping equipment and chemicals. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Maintain proper stock levels in the pantry and trolley. Follow daily task assignments and complete them within the allocated time. Assist with laundry and linen handling when required. Adhere to grooming and hygiene standards at all times. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent. Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel/resort is preferred. Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
