The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Hindi and English, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1. Manage the housekeeping desk operations, including room assignments, key control, and guest requests. 2. Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely and efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. 3. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally. 4. Maintain accurate records and reports, including room status, guest preferences, and housekeeping schedules. 5.
