Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager at Bhumika Realty in New Delhi. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, building customer relationships, implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing sales team performance on-site. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Sales Management experience Marketing skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agents. Conduct presentations and site visits at corporate and travel agents. Able to handle the reservations till we dont have a occupancy of 70% over the month.,
