Job Description
As a Hospitality Manager at our showroom located on Opanakara Street in the Textile industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients to ensure a memorable experience. Your key responsibilities will include driving in-house sales through effective communication of product benefits, implementing strategies to retain customers, managing floor operations to uphold service quality and showroom standards, and building strong client relationships. To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably within the textiles sector. Your hands-on experience with customer interactions, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with high-net-worth clients, and proven sales capabilities will be essential. You should also possess a results-driven mindset, enabling you to monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and continuously improve service and operations. This full-time, permanent position will require you to work day and morning shifts, with the possibility of a yearly bonus. You must be willing to commute or relocate to Ukkadam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, as the work location is in person.
