Full Job Description: We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic, which operates from 7 AM to 9 PM. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the daily operations across all departments. Promote collaboration among departments, staff leadership, and other services to enhance patient outcomes. Make informed decisions regarding workforce management and resource allocation. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of care, increase revenue, and meet organizational goals. Ensure that all departments adhere to regulatory compliance and maintain high standards. Analyze budgets and financial data to uncover opportunities for cost savings. Qualifications: Extensive hospital experience of 10 years or more is required. Proven ability to manage and improve operational efficiencies. Strong background in strategic planning and financial analysis. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Location: Commute/Relocate: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karikkad, Thrissur District, Kerala before starting work (Required).
