Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage horticultural projects including plantations, floral agriculture, lawn maintenance, and landscape development. 2. Develop and implement best practices for plant care, pest management, irrigation systems, and overall garden maintenance. 3. Plan and coordinate the planting of new crops, flowers, and trees, considering seasonal factors. 4. Monitor and assess the health of plants, identifying any diseases, pests, or environmental challenges, and take corrective actions as needed. 5. Prepare and manage budgets for horticultural operations, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization. Preferred Skills: 1. Certification or additional training in horticulture, landscape management, or related areas. 2. Familiarity with organic farming and sustainable horticulture practices. 3.
