Role Home Loan Sales Manager Location: Kurla, Mumbai (Onsite) Position reporting to Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Job Purpose Source CLM and HL business from distributors/cross sell channels for Nido Home Finance Key Responsibilities Relationship management with all DSA's and ensure activation and increased penetration of Nido share in business. Appoint new DSAs for sourcing of CLM and HL loans Train the DSAs and their FOS on Nido policy and products Communication with customer and DSA regarding status of loan application Compliance with laid down documentation for loan application Ensure DSA compliance with all rules and policies of Nido Manage the productivity of FOS in case of RM team Functional Responsibilities Manage yield and fee target through product mix between Home Loan and CLM Responsible for revenue generation through Processing Fee and Insurance Cross Sell. Monthly Disbursement Targets HL & CLM along with sell down as defined company policy Appoint of new DSA and increase penetration of existing DSA YOY. Engage with DSAs to ensure target achievement by them OTD and PDD closures Job Requirements Qualifications Graduation in any stream Experience 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Functional Competencies Good understanding of Midticket CLM business Good selling skills High negotiation skills Knowledge of loan documentation Working knowledge of legal and technical aspects of real estate Behavioral Competencies: Strong Sales orientation is essential.
