Job Description
You will be responsible for creating business and generating revenue by driving Home Loan / LAP sales through channel partners, advisors, connectors, and the open market. You should establish effective relationships with banks/NBFCs to facilitate loan processing. Additionally, you will need to develop and execute partner acquisition and retention programs to drive sales targets and other key performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis. Your role will require you to effectively utilize various communication platforms such as telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and addressing any loan-related issues will be essential. You must build and nurture a strong network of real estate developers, builders, and other stakeholders to expand the business. It will be crucial for you to identify market trends and opportunities to adapt sales strategies for improved performance. Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize sales strategies and processes will be part of your responsibilities. Regularly updating senior management on the sales pipeline, performance, and key initiatives will also be expected. Collaborating with internal teams to streamline loan processing and post-sale support processes will be necessary for success in this role. Your skills in customer satisfaction, sales, networking, market analysis, communication, and banking will be vital to excel in this position.,
