As a Sales Officer specializing in Home Loans, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure the effective management and growth of sales in your assigned area. You should be a graduate with at least 1 year of experience in Home Loan sales. Your primary responsibilities will include: Area/Geography Mapping: - Conducting lane-to-lane and area mapping at regular intervals under the guidance of your supervisor. - Identifying new sources within your designated area and providing progress updates to your reporting manager during team meetings. Source Relationship Management: - Managing relationships with all assigned and identified sources within your area to drive business growth. Maintaining Reports: - Keeping detailed reports of sales activities in the prescribed format. - Maintaining a daily diary documenting all activities as per the set guidelines. Channel Partner Recruitment: - Identifying potential channel partners to expand the sales network. Team Huddle Participation: - Attending daily team huddles as part of the standard process. Customer Relationship Management: - Enhancing customer experience by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule.
