Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Holiday Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with strong knowledge of destinations, itinerary planning, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for advising clients on holiday packages, customizing itineraries, and ensuring exceptional travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable holiday packages. Customize itineraries based on client preferences and budget. Provide detailed information on destinations, sightseeing options, transfers, visas, and other services. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, and service providers to confirm bookings. Follow up with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction. Upsell additional travel products and services. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and tourism developments. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of domestic and international destinations. Ability to design itineraries and handle end-to-end bookings. Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems (GDS, CRM, or any travel platform). Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
