Hiring Lead QA Engineer Location: Mumbai Salary: As per companys standards. About the Role We are searching for a passionate and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our growing team! As a Lead QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our software products throughout the entire development lifecycle. You will be responsible for leading a team of QA engineers, developing and executing test plans, automating tests, and driving overall quality initiatives. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MCA, BCA, MSCIT, BSC IT) 4+ years of experience in software testing Technical Skills Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira) Experience with API Testing (JMeter) Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python) a plus Knowledge of database/SQL for validating backend data Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently and as part of a team Team Management & Motivation Mentoring & Coaching Conflict Resolution Project Management Preferred Skills Scrum Master Certification Proficiency in Excel with basic data analysis skills Experience in the financial domain and loyalty business Background Experience working in teams of 5+ members in 2-3 organizations Proven ability to demonstrate product-level experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Key Responsibilities Manage the release lifecycle, including maintaining release notes and conducting demos Lead internal reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure product stability and successful implementation of new features Develop and execute test plans encompassing load testing, regression testing, and integration testing Generate regular product stability reports Join our team and help us build high-quality software!,
