Position: Sales Professional Executive (SPE) Voice Process

Process Type: International Sales Voice (Outbound)


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in International Voice Sales Process

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven sales environment


Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective international customers and generate sales leads

  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable EdTech solutions/products

  • Convert leads into successful sales closures

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience through persuasive and consultative selling
