Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional customer support via live chat
• Address and resolve queries with accuracy and courtesy
• Handle 3 to 4 chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency

Eligibility Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience in International Chat Support
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM with at least 90% accuracy
• Candidates must be available for immediate joining
• Applicants who are currently pursuing education or serving notice periods are not eligible
• No leave requests will be entertained during the first 6 months
• Willingness to work in night/graveyard shifts based on business demands
