We are currently hiring for one of our Esteemed Client for Customer Support Voice Process.

Job Opening: International Voice Process
Location: Hi-Tech City (On-site)
Mode: Full-time | US Night Rotational Shifts
Week Offs: Rotational Week Off's
Transport: Two-way cab facility provided
CTC: 6.50 LPA (Up to 20% hike on current CTC)

Job Description:

We're hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist global customers, and provide accurate support and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support Executive Cognizant (Roles & Responsibilities):

  • Handle customer queries via calls.

  • Provide prompt and accurate resolutions.

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

  • Log issues and solutions in the system.

  • Follow process guidelines and meet quality targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in international voice process Experience

• Communication: Excellent spoken English with strong persuasion skills

• Availability: Comfortable with US night rotational shifts
