You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their queries, requests, and complaints. Additionally, you will need to raise requests and complaints on behalf of the customers in the CRM tool. Generating leads, educating customers about new products and their benefits, and maintaining adherence to compliance guidelines will also be part of your daily tasks. It is essential to capture problem indicators, highlight areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to the monthly scorecard parameters, which include quality, efficiency, and accuracy. Maintaining adequate knowledge levels on products, processes, and systems is crucial, along with meeting sales targets. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to comprehend and interpret basic customer information, and a strong focus on customer service. Knowledge of banking or credit cards is preferred. Fluency in both English and Hindi is a must, as the job entails working in a rotational shift.
