You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for education and a strong background in coordinating Middle School/High School programs within the ICSE curriculum. As a High School Coordinator at Trio World School in Sahakarnagar, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in establishing, evaluating, and developing academic standards while ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for students. Your responsibilities will include keeping abreast of educational initiatives, overseeing pupil progress and tracking systems, leading the high school curriculum, and collaborating with teachers to support each student's academic and physical well-being. You will also be in charge of preparing teaching aids, lesson plans, and coordinating various academic and extracurricular activities such as sports events, parent orientations, field trips, and competitions. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the Library Program, creating remedial session timetables, maintaining secondary section records, and providing regular feedback to teachers on the quality of corrections. Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of special events, student arrivals and dispersals, and the overall educational experience for students. We are looking for a candidate with a Post Graduate degree and B.Ed. qualification, along with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Ideally, we prefer a local candidate who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the education sector.
