Helper Cook ZUMOS

The Helper Cook will assist the main chef and kitchen staff in preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations in a cloud kitchen environment. This role involves supporting cooking activities, ingredient preparation, and following hygiene and safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in basic food preparation such as chopping vegetables, marinating, and measuring ingredients.
• Support the head cook/chef in cooking dishes as per menu and recipes.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area as per FSSAI standards.
• Store raw materials and ingredients properly to maintain freshness.
• Follow food safety protocols and assist in waste management.
• Ensure timely preparation and packing of food orders for delivery.
• Report any stock shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Qualifications & Skills:No formal education required; prior experience in a kitchen or food service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
