Designation- Helpdesk Executive Responsibilities- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to employee issues Provide timely resolutions to clients" issues related to health insurance policies. Manage client queries and concerns through phone calls, emails, or chats. Scrutinize the mediclaim files.
