Job Description

As a support technician, your primary responsibility will be to respond to client support queries promptly and effectively. This may involve providing support in person, over the phone, or through remote access channels. You will be tasked with diagnosing issues related to computer software, peripherals, and hardware, and running software diagnostic tools as well as physically inspecting hardware systems to identify and resolve problems. In addition to troubleshooting technical issues, you will guide clients through basic problem-solving processes and offer basic computer training as needed. You will also be responsible for installing and upgrading hardware and software systems, as well as writing training manuals to assist clients with the effective use of their technology. Furthermore, you will follow up with clients to ensure that their technical issues have been resolved satisfactorily and complete support tickets accurately and efficiently. This role is based in Bangalore, VPS, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and will require strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client support services.,
