You will be tasked with addressing queries related to exam hall tickets, exam centers/locations, and other exam-related concerns. Your role will involve collecting accurate data from clients, ensuring prompt resolution of their concerns, and maintaining a supportive communication process throughout. Key Responsibilities: - Responding to candidate and client queries regarding hall ticket download issues, exam date, time, center/location details, and exam guidelines. - Systematically collecting and managing client and candidate data to ensure security and accuracy. - Providing timely support through phone, email, chat, or helpdesk platforms. - Escalating complex issues to relevant departments and ensuring follow-up until resolution. - Maintaining detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and feedback for reference. - Ensuring all interactions are professional, helpful, and aligned with organizational standards. - Assisting in generating regular reports on support tickets and resolutions. - Contributing to the enhancement of helpdesk processes and overall customer satisfaction.
