Job Description: Help desk Engineer Position: Help desk Engineer Location: Taramani, Chennai Experience: 2 to 5 Years Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are looking for a Help desk Engineer to provide technical support and assistance to users. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system. Install, configure, and update software and hardware. Maintain system security by ensuring updates and patches are applied. Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT best practices. Document issues, solutions, and processes for future reference. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT teams. Assist in managing IT assets and inventory. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Diploma, B.Sc, IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). Experience in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and/or Linux environments.
