Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector to expand our client base. Account Management: Oversee all aspects of account management, including contract negotiations, compliance, and performance monitoring. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible solutions. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in healthcare staffing or account management. Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare staffing industry and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
