To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in healthcare or engineering fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
