Position Overview: The Healthcare Network Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships between the organization and healthcare Institutions & Hospitals and key stakeholders. This role focuses on ensuring seamless collaboration, improving service quality, and driving business growth within the healthcare industry. Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare institutions and hospitals. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, guiding them through the transition process. Deliver comprehensive training and support to clients and their staff to enhance the effective use of applications. Travel extensively for client meetings, product demonstrations, and support services. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of company products and services to clients Clearly articulate the benefits and features of company products and services, aligning them with client needs. Proactively monitor client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly to foster long-term relationships. Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvements in products and services. Analyse client feedback to identify areas for product and service enhancements, driving innovation and value. Qualifications & Skills: Masters degree in nursing, with MBA preferred 3+ years of experience in Hospitals Good Knowledge on Microsoft Excel, word & PPT Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and implement strategic initiatives. Willingness to travel for business development and relationship management purposes.
