Job Title: Healthcare Marketing Executive/Specialist Location: Kalindi Colony, New Friends Colony, New Delhi Experience: 0-5 years (Healthcare/Medical Marketing preferred) Salary: 20,000 to 50,000 Note: Freshers can also be considered (if have necessary educational background in Healthcare) Job Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Field Specialist to enhance our hospitals outreach by building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals. This role involves increasing awareness of our hospital services in nearby areas and driving patient referrals. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, medical practitioners, and healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals. Conduct visits to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies to promote our services. Organize awareness programs, health camps, and CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) in the local community. Develop referral networks and partnerships with nearby healthcare providers. Execute marketing strategies to increase hospital visibility and patient inflow. Gather market insights and conduct competitor analysis to refine outreach efforts. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and referral growth. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 0-5 years of experience in medical marketing, field sales, or business development. Strong networking and communication skills. Ability to travel within the assigned region. Knowledge of hospital marketing and referral generation strategies.
