Job Description
Healthcare Management duties and responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.
- Manage and coordinate healthcare services, ensuring that they meet the needs of patients and comply with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
- Recruit, train, and supervise healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel.
- Monitor healthcare budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
