Job Description

Location- Bangalore (WFO)- need candidate from Bangalore location only. 
Experience- 2+ years
Relevant experience- 2 years is needed
Skills needed- Field Sales in health insurance, target based, Sales, communication skills- Kannada and English, candidate should have stayed at for at least 2 years in Bangalore. 
Budget- 2.64 LPA- 4.2 LPA.

What will you be doing? 
We are hiring Executives to be a part of our Field Sales team which sells our Health Plans. If you join, you will go through 14 days of classroom and on-job training to help you understand our product. After your training is complete, you will have an assigned territory and a monthly target for sales. This job is on the company payroll.

What will you earn?
1. A fixed salary (22,000 to 35,000)
2. 20% of the revenue you earn as incentives, every month (Our top executives earn >20,000 per month)
