Job Title: Head Trainer

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Head Trainer to lead our training team at Gold's Gym. You'll be responsible for driving fitness programs, mentoring trainers, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of personal trainers and group fitness instructors

2. Develop and implement fitness programs and services

3. Conduct training sessions and workshops

4. Mentor and coach trainers to improve performance

5. Ensure high-quality member experiences and retention

6. Collaborate with management to drive business results

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness leader

2. Strong leadership and management skills

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to motivate and inspire team members

5. Knowledge of fitness trends and industry best practices

Certifications:

1. Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA)

2. CPR/AED certification
