In order to uphold the Lenskart promise to consumers, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The Merchandising team plays a crucial role in connecting Category teams, Store/Channel teams, and the Inventory Planning unit. The individual leading this team will collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising team to strategically place products in offline stores. This role demands a high level of business acumen and fashion sense. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of 12+ individuals to collaborate with category and channel teams on assortment planning for each touchpoint. - Optimize space and fixture utilization across the network to enhance productivity, conversion rates, and sales. - Drive forecasting and inventory planning for all sales touchpoints, considering various categories. - Develop hyperlocal assortments to ensure each touchpoint offers an ideal product mix for the target audience. - Implement regular store allocation and replenishment based on sales and consumption trends. - Oversee and enhance the ARS system for effective monitoring and troubleshooting. - Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure proper product display according to the planogram. - Monitor and improve merchandise health across touchpoints and channels. - Lead growth initiatives and projects to boost business and conversion rates. Requirements: - Previous experience in category management, consumer tech, or high-growth consumer-focused companies is advantageous. - Minimum of 10 years of total experience, with a strong background in leveraging data analytics for business decision-making.
