A leading player in the building materials and construction solutions industry is looking for an experienced leader to take charge of its Retail & Distribution business. This is a senior opportunity to lead strategy, operations, and growth for a well-established B2B brand, backed by a strong national footprint. A full-time MBA from a reputed B-School is mandatory for this role. Role Overview As the Head of Retail & Distribution, youll be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the division from sales strategy and business development to channel expansion, pricing, and performance management. This role demands a leader who can drive topline and bottom-line growth, optimize distribution networks, and elevate brand presence across markets. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement long-term strategies for revenue growth and market expansion Lead P&L for the retail and distribution vertical across India Build and scale distribution channels, retail partnerships, and influencer networks Drive cross-functional coordination across sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations Represent the business at industry events, forums, and strategic alliances Shape talent, culture, and capability development within the division Ideal Background: 12+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or business leadership roles Total work experience: 18+ ( MANDATORY) Prior exposure to building materials, construction, infrastructure, or allied sectors Proven ability to lead large teams and drive business transformation Engineering background (Civil preferred) + Full time MBA from a Tier-1 institute (MANDATORY) Strong financial acumen, operational depth, and strategic foresight,
