Experience Required: 6 - 7 years Designation: Head Polish & Paint Roles & Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the polish and paint team, overseeing training, performance management, and work scheduling. - Ensure that all furniture pieces meet quality standards for finish, color, and durability. - Develop various stain colors as needed. - Organize additional labor when necessary. - Demonstrate hands-on expertise in all polishing stages, such as sanding, staining, and finishing. - Monitor the maintenance and operation of finishing equipment, such as sprayers and sanders. - Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality. - Possess a comprehensive understanding of different finishing techniques, including staining, painting, lacquering, and polishing. - Address finishing process issues and equipment malfunctions effectively.
