What you become a part of: The successful candidate will own and drive the performance and rewards agenda across the organization, helping to deliver a step change in technical, professional and individual capability that directly contributes to the delivery of company's objectives. What to expect: Build and drive a culture focused on meritocratic success across all levels, functions within the organization. Design and roll-out global performance and rewards philosophy, framework and guidelines. Conduct benchmarking exercises (internal, external) to revamp international compensation & benefits policy as well as framework. Devise an alignment/ re-alignment strategy for better parity internally and with the talent market for mid-management and leadership. Review and revamp the STI and LTIP plans for mid-management and leadership. Act as a dedicated performance advisor to ensure productivity across all corporate functions is assessed, directed and augmented. Conduct awareness sessions with managers and senior stakeholders to familiarize them with the performance management process. Oversee periodic review, re-design of performance management process including designs of forms, communication templates (stakeholder and employee), goal-setting and goal-tracking mechanism, review process and frequency. Lead the performance review sessions between managers/ senior stakeholders and employees at stipulated intervals. Essential education, experience & skills: Secondary/ Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, CIPD qualification preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience within a large multi-country, matrix organization with at least 5 years in a role focused on performance and rewards. Preference for experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, FMCG, or consulting. Experience working cross-culturally with diverse colleagues. Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record in developing and using metrics and people data. Excellent communication skills.
