Job Title: Head of Sales (Furniture & Interior Design) Location: On-site, Delhi Salary: 50,00065,000 + Performance-Based Incentives About Us: At The Design Story, we specialize in creating high-end furniture and offering bespoke interior design solutions for luxury residences, holiday homes, farmhouses, and more. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Head to drive growth and lead our sales efforts. Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Conversion: Reach out to potential clients, respond to inquiries, and manage leads independently Convert leads into customers without requiring management intervention Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process Collaboration with Architects & Interior Designers: Establish partnerships to drive business Co-create tailored design and furniture solutions Collaboration with Design Teams: Translate design ideas into persuasive presentations Align proposals with client expectations Market Analysis & Sales Growth: Track industry trends and client preferences Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Sales Strategy & Outreach: Plan and execute outreach strategies (social media, cold calling, construction site visits) Identify new business opportunities in the design and furniture sector Qualifications: 56 years of proven experience in the furniture and interior design industry 4+ years of hands-on sales experience in B2C or B2B luxury/home interior markets Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and design processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and close deals without supervision Familiarity with outreach methods like social media campaigns, cold calling, etc. Comfortable collaborating with architects, designers, and vendors Passionate about interior design with a customer-first mindset What We Offer: The opportunity to work on high-end residential projects Career growth within a fast-growing design brand Application: If you are a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the furniture and interior design industry, we invite you to apply and help us continue to grow.,
