Role Overview We are hiring an experienced and performance-driven Sales Head Retail (GT/MT) to lead our pan-India offline expansion. The role includes P&L ownership, distributor & super stockist management, and leading a growing team of field sales reps and Beauty Advisors (BAs). Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strong GT & MT retail strategy for skincare & wellness categories Full P&L responsibility for the retail business revenue, margins, ROI Appoint and manage a network of super stockists, distributors, and retail partners across regions Drive sales through primary, secondary, and tertiary channels Expand reach via MT chains, regional retail groups, and wellness stores Recruit, train, and manage field sales teams and Beauty Advisors (BAs) Build and execute in-store brand visibility and consumer engagement plans Forecasting, target setting, and monthly sales reporting & analytics Align with marketing and supply chain to ensure sell-in, sell-through, and stock rotation Conduct regular reviews, audits, and market visits to drive performance Required Experience & Skills 815 years of sales leadership in FMCG/Beauty/Wellness preferably in skincare/personal care Hands-on experience in both General Trade and Modern Trade (must) Proven ability to manage P&L and high-performing sales teams(must) Strong network with super stockists, distributors, and key modern trade players Exposure to BA management and in-store retail execution Analytical mindset, strong negotiation & leadership skills Fluent in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus What We Offer Leadership position in a premium beauty brand with strong growth trajectory Entrepreneurial culture with high autonomy Competitive salary + aggressive performance-based incentives A purpose-driven team building the future of clean, natural skincare ,
