Role Overview: As Head of R&D, you will lead end-to-end product development, scale-up, and technology transfer activities. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, cost-effective processes, and regulatory readiness. Key Responsibilities: Lead R&D strategy and execution for corticosteroids, hormones, and general APIs Oversee route scouting, process development, optimization, and plant scale-up Ensure adherence to GMP, ICH, and international regulatory standards Coordinate with QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing for smooth tech transfers Prepare and review technical documentation including DMFs, CTDs, and validation reports Foster innovation and lead a skilled team of scientists and chemists Stay updated with latest scientific and market trends in niche API segments Candidate Profile: Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry or related field Proven record of successful development and commercialization of APIs Strong regulatory exposure: USFDA, EU, WHO, and ROW markets Strategic thinker with hands-on lab-to-plant experience Strong leadership, team mentoring, and communication skills,
