Job Description
As the Head of Research, you will be responsible for managing the equity research analyst team and overseeing the publication of research reports. Your role will involve monitoring the process of analytical and brokerage recommendations, liaising with fund managers and research teams, and providing expert-level inputs for overall strategy, initiatives, goals, and budgets in the equity domain. Key responsibilities include making investment recommendations, coordinating with institutional clients, developing new products, interacting with clients, analyzing industry trends, generating trading and investment ideas, strategic planning, problem-solving, engaging with clients, identifying investment opportunities, and managing the research department. The ideal candidate for this position should have an MBA in institutional research with at least 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role. The location for this role is Mumbai.
