**Hiring for a leading Edtech Startup*** Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ed-tech or similar industries, with a deep understanding of user experience, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap, leading a talented product team, and ensuring our platform remains the most effective learning solution for our users. Key Responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the companys goals and objectives. Develop a long-term product roadmap that drives innovation, user engagement, and business growth. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and user-centered thinking. Product Development & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. User Experience Focus: Continuously gather insights from users to ensure our product meets their needs and expectations. Drive the focus on improving user experience, engagement, and retention. Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to drive decision-making, assess product performance, and prioritize features based on user needs and business impact. Collaborate with analytics teams to gather insights and measure the success of product initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to understand business priorities, communicate product strategies, and set expectations. Ensure alignment across departments on product goals and deliverables. Key Requirements: Experience: 12-15 years of overall experience, with significant experience in product management roles. Experience leading a product team, preferably in an ed-tech or consumer tech company. Product Expertise: Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-centric products. Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
