Job Overview: Total Productions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Head of Operations - Lighting to lead and manage all lighting operations for live events, productions, and installations. You will oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of lighting projects, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing large-scale lighting operations. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the lighting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lighting department, ensuring the highest quality service for every project. Safety Management: Ensure that lighting operations adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. Project Management:Take ownership of lighting projects, from concept to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Resource Management: Manage the inventory and procurement of lighting equipment and materials, ensuring the availability of high-quality resources. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in any field. Additional certifications in lighting technology or project management will be an advantage. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lighting operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a production, event environment, live entertainment, corporate events, and installations. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols and regulations and familiarity with the system followed in live entertainment fields Leadership & Management Skills: Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills. Strong project management abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
