Job Summary:
The Head of Operations will oversee the overall business operations strategy, processes, and performance. This leadership role is responsible for improving organizational efficiency, optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and aligning operational activities with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and KPIs.
- Drive long-term operational efficiency and innovation.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Implement best practices in workflow and resource utilization.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of operations and their respective teams.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the operations team.
- Foster a performance-driven culture with strong accountability.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for the operations department.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Technology & Tools:
- Oversee implementation and utilization of operational systems and software.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
