You are an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head responsible for leading the AiTrillion marketing team. Your expertise in branding, advertising, email marketing, partnerships, and lead generation will be crucial in driving successful marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive branding strategies to enhance AiTrillion's market presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, managing innovative advertising campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance for data-driven optimizations. You will also design targeted email marketing strategies, establish strategic partnerships, drive lead generation efforts, and lead a team of marketing professionals. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred), with 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Your expertise should encompass branding, advertising, email marketing, and lead generation, supported by strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms is essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
