Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy for the company's portfolio, targeting both domestic and international markets. Your main focus will be to identify and seize market opportunities, with a particular emphasis on the Indian diaspora in key regions such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond. Driving market expansion by establishing robust distribution networks locally and globally will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be tasked with building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team that embodies an entrepreneurial and customer-centric mindset. Your responsibilities will also include designing and executing sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth across B2B and B2C segments. Cultivating and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and export partners, will be essential in this role. Collaboration with product development teams to launch offerings tailored to customer needs and preferences will also be part of your day-to-day activities. Optimizing supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness will be crucial for success. You will oversee budgets and manage working capital to drive profitability and financial sustainability. Partnering with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility through innovative campaigns and compelling storytelling will also be a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the FMCG or food industries, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. Holding an MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute is preferred. The candidate should have a proven track record in building and scaling FMCG brands, possess a deep understanding of the RTE/RTC market and consumer preferences, and bring valuable expertise in navigating export markets and international trade.,
