As the Finance Leader for our industry-leading multinational corporation, you will be an integral part of the senior management team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will involve overseeing the finance department, including financial planning, budget management, and financial audit coordination. You will play a key role in providing recommendations for procedural improvements and monitoring monthly operating results against budget. Your responsibilities will also include supervising the daily operations of the finance department, developing and implementing finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures, and collaborating with other department heads to offer consultative support for planning initiatives. Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and leading financial planning and results management will be crucial aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 18 years of post-qualification experience. Hands-on experience in managing the overall finance function is essential, along with a background in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical devices industry. Previous team handling experience is a prerequisite for this role.
