As the Head of Technology at REA Cyber City in Gurugram, you will play a pivotal role in leading the engineering organization and driving technology delivery. Your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end technology delivery, ensuring high levels of transparency and operational visibility, and collaborating with global stakeholders to shape REA's global technology footprint. You will need to scale and mature the engineering organization, promote a strong engineering culture, and build solid engineering practices across various domains such as Web, Backend, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Platforms, and Mobile. Additionally, you will be responsible for talent building, mentorship, and strategic presence within the Delhi-NCR tech ecosystem. To excel in this role, you should have at least 18 years of total experience with a minimum of 10 years in senior technology leadership roles. You must have a proven track record of scaling teams, strong delivery management experience, and expertise in Agile methods, cloud-native engineering, data/AI platforms, and modern delivery pipelines. Being a credible and inspiring leader who can influence global stakeholders and cultivate a culture aligned with REA's values is essential.
