Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Corporate Communications at USDC Global in Mumbai. The Head of Corporate Communications will be instrumental in building and protecting our company's reputation, enhancing brand visibility, and driving positive media coverage. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Lead media relations efforts, including building and maintaining relationships with key journalists, securing positive media coverage, and managing media inquiries. Develop and implement crisis communication plans and effectively manage potential reputational risks. Oversee internal communications, including employee engagement initiatives, change management communications, and executive messaging. Build and lead a high-performing communications team. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and leadership, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape to identify opportunities and challenges. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communications programs and provide actionable insights. Qualifications Proven track record in corporate communications, preferably in the Education or Technology industry. Strong media relations experience with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.,
